π€ The Day That Still Echoes
I remember that year so clearly β how nervous I was preparing for the HKCEE exam. If my memory serves me right, it was the Physics paper, the subject I had the least confidence in. I passed, but the result wasnβt great. That day was marked by a βBlack Rainstorm,β and the exam had to be postponed.
But it wasnβt just the exam that made me anxious. It was the number of deaths from a protest. Even now, living far away from where it happened, I still feel as if my hands are tied by an invisible force. I canβt really talk about what that day means. And those two numbers β when placed together β have become a taboo. No one is allowed to mention a word or express how they feel.
This is sad. Very sad π’
For some reason, this piece of music has been playing in my head for the past couple of weeks.
