Shanghai Style Wan Ton Soup

| Method: |
- Unskin the shrimps and remove the Black organ inside the shrimps. Then soak them into salty water.
- Wash the Pak Choi, then chop into tiny piece.
- Mix all the seasoning into a small bowl.
- Mix the pork, Pak Choi with the well mixed seasoning.
- Place the wanton skin into center of palm, put tea spoon size portion of pork mix into the center of the skin. Then put a shrimp around the meat dough. Half fold the skin, using water to seal the edge. Half fold the skin one more time, then seal the 2 end together with water.
- Heat up the chicken soup with same amount of water.
- Boil the water from separate saupan. Then put in the wantons to cook for 10mins.
- Drain the water from the wantons pan.
- Put the wantons into the chicken soup pan and heat up for another 2mins.
- Add chopped chieves on top and serve in individual bowls.
